Return Policy: We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at shopplushclothingco@gmail.com and include their order number. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.

If you choose to return an item for any other reason and it meets our return requirements, we may offer store credit in place of a refund. No cash or original-payment refunds will be provided.
