Refund policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted if requested within 5 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, free from stains, odors, or damage. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping of 3-5 business business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.50. Orders of $150 or more receives free shipping.

Return Policy: We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at shopplushclothingco@gmail.com and include their order number. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.

Refund Policy: We have a strict no-refund policy. Refunds will only be issued if the issue was due to an error on our end. If you choose to return an item for any other reason and it meets our return requirements, we may offer store credit in place of a refund. No cash or original-payment refunds will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, clearance items, or custom orders are non-returnable. Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
